I’m a highly motivated eCommerce powerhouse with a “make it happen” attitude and over 6 year’s in combined experience in eCommerce, International Business, Marketing & Finance.

ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST

SKECHERS AU & NZ

January 2022 - June 2022

Accent Group is a fashion forward company, with over 500 stores, 19 brands and over 20 online platforms. As part of the eCommerce Digital team I have been exposed to several globally recognised brands and worked closely with multiple departments within the company to ensure we are delivering best in class omni-channel customer experience.


 Key Responsibilities

·       Liaise and mange relationships with several departments across Accent Group Brands in Australia and New Zealand to facilitate successful sale setup and product launches

·       Proactively identify tactical opportunities to drive trade & sales uplift by understanding product allocation across digital inventory

·       Identify & execute CRO opportunities with external provider Insider to develop and implement strategies to increase conversion and website performance.

·       Contribute Daily, Weekly and Monthly Ecommerce reports –providing insights and assist with identifying potential opportunities

·       Work with SEO team to ensure websites are optimized for search traffic

ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR

VANS, DR MARTENS, TIMBERLAND, STANCE

September 2020 - December 2021

My strong attention to detail, drive and time management skills enabled me to successfully manage product enrichments and strategic merchandising for 7 websites across Australia & New Zealand (Vans, Dr Martens, Timberland, PIVOT, Stance). During my time at Accent Group I successfully assisted in launching Dr Martens New Zealand website including UAT & launch strategy finishing up to budget +69% in its first year. Increased CVR for Stance in one year by +36% and created Stance’s highest revenue generating EDM.

Key Responsibilities

·       End to end Management and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines for both AU & NZ

·       Onsite UAT testing & QA checks for new website developments/deployments

·       Setup & removal of onsite promotions

·       Build and Maintain briefs for marketing calendar (Landing Pages, EDMs, Banners) across all digital channels and website

·       Overhauled eCommerce enrichment procedure & trained new team members.

PAYROLL CO-ORDINATOR

·       Liaise with Managers across all Accent Group Brands in Australia & New Zealand
·       Action employment contract variations & transfers across all Australian brands
·       Assisted with Payroll auditing and data system cleansing
·       Actively troubleshoot payroll system issues & innovated payroll procedures to process 37% more contracts in 7 month period compared to previous years.
